FAQ / Important information about your subscription
1. Where to subscribe
You can find the sign-up form at the top of page https://EverySpeakerCounts.com/speaking-club/ or at the right sidebar of the main page https://EverySpeakerCounts.com.
If you are already subscribed but would like to make changes to your preferences, please use this link instead: http://eepurl.com/hTGd1n, and follow the directions (you will be getting an e-mail from “Every Speaker Counts” <daniela@EverySpeakerCounts.com> with another link to verify your identity). Make sure you provide the correct information (in particular, check if you correctly typed your e-mail address).
2. Welcome e-mail
Immediately after signing up at EverySpeakerCounts, you will receive a Welcome e-mail from my address: “Every Speaker Counts” <daniela@EverySpeakerCounts.com>, with the subject line: “Thanks for joining!”
If you do not see this e-mail in your main mailbox, check less usual locations, like “Spam”, “Promotions”, or “Social Media”, etc. depending on your e-mail server and viewer application. I suggest that you move the e-mail to the main folder, add my address “Every Speaker Counts” <daniela@EverySpeakerCounts.com> to your address book, and / or send me an e-mail. All these should provide a signal to your anti-spam filters that the e-mails from me are legit.
3. E-mail delivery problems
Make sure your mailbox can receive messages. In particular, verify that it is not full (i.e., it does not exceed the allocated quota). E-mails which cannot be delivered bounce back, which may further lead to automatic removal of your subscription from the system. If this happens, you will first need to make space in your mailbox, and then subscribe again using this link: http://eepurl.com/hTGd1n, and following the directions (you will be getting an e-mail from “Every Speaker Counts” <daniela@EverySpeakerCounts.com> with another link to verify your identity). Make sure you provide the correct information (in particular, check if you correctly typed your e-mail address), and pick the categories of your interest.
Even if my e-mails are delivered, they may not show in your main mailbox. If this happens, check less usual locations, like “Spam”, “Promotions”, or “Social Media”, etc. depending on your e-mail server and viewer application. I suggest that you move the e-mail to the main folder, add my address “Every Speaker Counts” <daniela@EverySpeakerCounts.com> to your address book, and / or send me an e-mail. All these should provide a signal to your anti-spam filters that the e-mails from me are legit.
4. E-mails about Confident in English meetings
If you join Confident in English, you’ll receive information about upcoming meetings via email from my address: “Every Speaker Counts” <daniela@EverySpeakerCounts.com>. Emails are sent twice a week – first, two days before the meeting (Subject: “Confident in English”), and then one hour before the meeting (Subject: “Confident in English – We’re starting in 1 hour!”).
